Maybe just because I am not a native english-speaker, but that whole sentence seems confusing for me…
“Only I know who the gods rewarded after their deaths, not when they’re alive.”
I see two statement there… One, that he is the only one who knows, and two, this is only decided after the persons death. But was that meant to be this two? Or if it was meant to be mentioning only one fact, then which one should be emphasized?
Either way, I feel then there should be some changing in the punctuation, or the order of the words, or both…
…or I need to take some english classes. That is a valid possibility as well 😀
Oh, I didn’t know that Henbe is not native english-speaker!
Although… even if that could explains why is that sentence worded as it is, it still doesn’t explain what it means 😀
I’m fine with it though, I can accept it as some kind of Yoda-ism 😀
Wait a minute… they are rewarded after their own deaths or the gods’ death?

I’m not a native english-speaker either, and neither Henbe, so I try to be more understanding if his texts are not written in perfect English.
Or maybe his holin-ass is like Yoda and speaks in a weird way…
